What does a butler do at Le Blanc resorts?
It is no secret that Le Blanc resorts are at the top of my list for All Inclusive Adult only resorts. They do come at a luxury price point, but they truly are so worth the cost. There are 4 things in my opinion that set them apart from other properties. Service, Food, Spa and Cleanliness. The biggest difference being the butlers.
Le Blanc Cabo was my first experience having a butler and I will be honest, it made me nervous. Especially since I was going to be solo in my room. Unlike other resorts, every single room has butler service. So these butlers have an office type room in the middle of each floor and are in charge of all the rooms on that level. It isn't quite as intrusive as other resorts because they have so many rooms to care for, but it still felt very personable.
Here is why..
Once you get on property you will be escorted to your floor and your butler will escort you from there to your room and give you a full room tour of where everything is, light switches etc. After that you can contact them by the app or texting depending on your preference. I used the app the whole time because it guided me through what I could request.
I did have him unpack my suitcase.. which was a little intimidating but I got in late and had a dinner I needed to get to and just went for it. If it makes you uncomfortable, just hide your underwear or other things you don't want to be out in the open. Honestly it set the tone for my whole trip. Everything was color coded and organized/folded way better than I could. Every morning getting up and dressed I felt so put together and fancy. They also will iron 2 garments per stay and shine your shoes.
While we were at dinner I requested a bath be drawn back in my tub with lavender and relaxation salts. The tubs absorb heat like crazy so even though it had been drawn for an hour, it was ready to roll when I got back. He also had set up my slippers by the bed and robe by the tub. As well as done the most amazing turn down service with aromatherapy and white noise. Talk about the best way to end a vacation day.
The next day we had some down time, so I texted him to help me set up a spa appointment and confirm dining reservations. They also will help with excursions and any other extras you would like during your stay. Hydrotherapy is included once per day at Le Blanc and is a MUST. They will help you schedule that too!
I traveled when covid tests were still a thing to get back to the US (good riddance) and I emailed it to him and he printed it off and left it in my room for me on the last day. So anything you need printed they definitely can accommodate that as well. I was so sad to come back to reality but while I was at breakfast not the last day, I scheduled with him to pack my suitcase which made unpacking at home SO much easier! Oh and did I mention he took my suitcase to the transfer for me at the end too? If you really just want to be pampered and not have to lift a finger.. Le Blanc is exactly what you need in your life!
